The next R.S. exam dates are May 2010 and November 2010.
Applications for the exams must be turned into the secretary (of J.C.C.S.) by April 1st (for the May exam) and October 1 (for the November exam).

There are Two reference books that every environmental health office should have.

Dr.Benjamin Freedman, M.D. - 4th edition
Study Material Available-
KEHA has the following references available to help study for the REHS/RS exam, and the CFSP exam. The REHS/RS study information include: Environmental Engineering and Sanitation with supplement and NEHA REHS/RS Study Guide. CFSP study materials include Principles of Food Sanitation, Handbook for Safe Food Service Management, and the complete set of Serve Safe Tapes.
